About Freise & Ferguson PLLC
We are a very experienced personal injury law firm, primarily representing defendants, but also representing injured people. The majority of our work involves vehicle operators, physicians, hospitals, and businesses who are being sued in a variety of personal injury cases. A significant portion of the time we also represent injured persons, primarily in vehicle cases.
We work hard, using our knowledge and experience to provide excellent, personal service to our clients.
Our firm started in 1982. In 1991 the name changed to Freise and Welchman when Eric Freise and Philip Welchman became partners. Mr. Welchman retired in 2013. In 2014 Eric Freise and Glen Ferguson formed Freise & Ferguson PLLC. Glen, is a very experienced trial lawyer, has been with the firm for many years.
From our office in Lynnwood we efficiently represent clients throughout the Puget Sound region and the State of Washington. Eric Freise has tried cases to successful verdicts in ten Washington counties and one Oregon county. Glen Ferguson has tried cases to successful verdicts in six Washington counties.
Our areas of practice include medical negligence representing physicians and hospitals; vehicle collisions; premises liability; construction-work site injuries; product liability; and wrongful death.
Even an ordinary, car injury case can be surprisingly complicated. Working with one or more insurance companies, health insurers and different possible insurance coverages can be a maze. Experienced lawyers know how to obtain the best results for their clients, whether defendant or plaintiff. Lawyers who are experienced in representing both defendants and injured persons know well both sides of a case and, as a result, are in a uniquely advantageous position to take care of our clients, and to obtain as good a result as possible.
